Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, SNM LABS operates a strict returns policy. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched. Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances. We do not accept returns based on change of mind or ordering errors.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product received is damaged upon delivery or incorrect (different from what was ordered).

To submit a claim, contact us at snmlabs.ae@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. All claims will be reviewed within 2 business days. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at SNM LABS' discretion, processed within 5–7 business days.

All products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Claims related to product use outside a laboratory research context will not be considered.
