Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all UAE emirates:

- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard UAE delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your emirate and courier availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or provide a secure delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. SNM LABS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged parcel and contents immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.snmlabs@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
- We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier. SNM LABS will assist in resolving any courier-related issues where possible.
